Italian Food Truck – Angelo’s Pasta Bar

The healthy and simple fundraising option for your school, corporate event, celebration, or charity. It can also be a great addition to your festival or outdoor event. Angelo’s Pasta Bar is a unique and tasty alternative to your standard food truck.

A Brisbane food truck with a difference

Most people think a food truck can just stop anywhere and operate, not Angelo’s Pasta Bar. We’re a caravan that has been retrofitted into a mobile commercial kitchen requiring power to work. We drive the caravan to the site, then into position (tip: we need a 6mtr site space for caravan and towing frame) unhook it from the ute, put down the jacks to stabilise the van, connect it to power, and get cooking.

Authentic Italian pasta & pizza catering

The caravan has an onboard water supply but depending on the length of the event we may need to empty the waste water and replenish the fresh water tank. The power that is available at the event site determines the equipment we can use in the caravan’s commercial kitchen, which in turn determines and menu that can be served.

Please note:

• Angelo’s Pasta Bar is only available for events within the Brisbane metropolitan area.
• Minimum spend for events is $2,500 inclusive of GST, catering for 80 or more people.
• Menu options are dependent on available power supply.

We offer a popular range of our famous authentic Italian-style pasta products including beef ravioli, ricotta and spinach tortelloni, spirals, rigatoni, chicken and veal cannelloni, beef lasagna, vegetable lasagna… and more. We also pair our pasta with our very own sauces napoletana, basil pesto and Angus beef ragu.

Other products available include pizzas, arancini, stuffed olives, calamari and chips.
