With queues across the Gourmet Plaza and the incredible audience at the Cooking Stage sessions that Donna hosted, even the weather couldn’t stop Angelo’s at this year’s Ekka.

Donna appeared on the Cooking Stage with Dominique Rizzo again – this time not just as a guest as she was in 2022, but as a host. With guest stars like Andy Cooks and Emma Knowles, it was a culinary adventure to be remembered. Not only did audiences get amazing recipes and cooking tips/tricks, they also got a taste of the actual dishes from the stage.
We also appreciated the love received at Angelo’s outlet on the Plaza – through rain or shine, people really came through for our pasta and meatball submarines! A special shout out to those who tried our giant submarine challenge; fourteen meatballs and a 55-centimeter loaf is no easy feat!
