The healthy and simple way to raise money to support activities in your retirement village or independent living community. An Angelo’s fundraising Pasta & Lasagna Drive is an easy-to-manage alternative to the usual raffles, markets, or craft sales.

Money is raised from every order and we don’t charge a delivery fee for locations within 25km of our factory in Brisbane. Running a fundraiser couldn’t be simpler.

A family-friendly fundraising event in Brisbane

A Pasta & Lasagna Drive is a great opportunity to run an inter-generational fundraising event. The products offered are suitable for people of any age with many items being family favourites, such as our 1.5kg Australian Beef Lasagna and our Sourdough Garlic Bread.

Not only can residents place orders for themselves (our single-serve ready meals are delicious options) but they can also involve their family groups and friends who live outside the village, generating extra orders and increasing the funds raised.

6 Easy Steps to Run a Pasta Drive Fundraiser:

  1. Register your Pasta Drive and choose a date for delivery.
  2. We liaise with your Pasta Drive Coordinator and provide the order form and help you with promotion ideas. Your Pasta Drive Coordinator will have direct contact with one of our staff members for support and to answer any questions.
  3. You collect orders and money from residents, staff members, family and friends. They pay retail prices.
  4. Send your group order to Angelo’s Pasta. Angelo’s will provide a group invoice at wholesale price for you to pay. Your village management or residents committee keeps the difference between the retail price collected for the orders and wholesale price paid to Angelo’s.
  5. Orders will be individually bagged and labelled, and delivered to the village. Delivery is free within 25kms of our factory (22 Doggett Street, Fortitude Valley).
  6. Your community collects their orders from you.

Things to know:

  • Our most popular products (and most profitable for fundraising) are our frozen ranges of lasagna, filled pasta such as ravioli, and our ready-meals. Because these products are supplied frozen you may need some freezer space at the delivery point if all your residents, families or team members are not able to collect them at that time.
  • Our deliveries are usually on a Tuesday around 2.30pm. We’re happy to deliver to your kitchen area or canteen if you have storage capacity there. It is not possible for us to deliver out-of-hours or to residential addresses.
  • If the Tuesday afternoon delivery is not suitable for you, and if you have suitable freezer/fridge transport and storage, you are welcome to collect all orders from our factory in Fortitude Valley between the hours of 9.00am and 2.00pm Monday to Friday.
  • We’ve been running Pasta Drives for many years and have helped dozens of clubs, schools and associations raise funds for their projects. Over this time we’ve developed a reliable system which makes it easy for you to manage.
