Similar to hummus, but made with roasted Eggplants, Almond and Parsley. This dip is sure to be a crowd-pleaser and its uses are endless.

Why not save yourself some time and try the following meals.

• Dip – Use as a dip and serve with flat bread or tortillas. For something extra special, mix Angelo’s Roasted Eggplant, Parsley & Almond Dip with cream cheese, sour cream or cottage cheese and serve with your favourite crudies (carrot and capsicum sticks and cucumber rounds) or fresh crusty Turkish or sourdough breads.
• Fish/Chicken – Garnish for freshly grilled fish and chicken.
• Antipasto platter – Place in a bowl and add to your next antipasto platter.
• Souvlaki – Great as a sauce for chicken or beef souvlaki.
• Canapes – Use as a garnish for canapes.
