Ricotta & Spinach Ravioli

A large square pillow shaped pasta with a frill edge filled with Ricotta & Spinach surrounded by either a plain egg pasta or spinach flavoured pasta.

Serving Suggestion:
Place cooked Ravioli in a light sauce of melted butter infused with freshly ripped sage, a little cracked pepper and Italian parmesan to finish.
