Italian Week Pasta Classes Wrap Up

Our May Pasta Classes were a hit! We held a class on the Saturday and Sunday of Italian Week and both were fully sold out.

In a hands-on class Donna showed everyone how to make pasta dough from scratch the traditional Italian way. Then, with guidance and support from Donna, everyone made their dough into various types of pasta using the pasta machines, rollers and cutters. The family served up a 3 course meal including dessert and coffee and everyone had a chance to chat and relax before taking home all the goodies they made in the class.

We surveyed attendees and we are happy to report that 100% of respondents said they were “extremely satisfied” with the content in the class, the teacher and the food and beverage of the class. Thanks everyone!
