Agnolotti are a half moon/semicircle shaped pasta with a scalloped edge containing a Ricotta & Spinach Filling.

Serving Suggestion:
Cooked Agnolotti can be put with a traditional Napoletana sauce or butter infused with freshly ripped sage, a little cracked pepper and a sprinkle of parmesan.
