A modern twist on the traditional Basil pesto, Angelo’s has used fresh, straight from the farm, Rocket and oven roasted Almonds to produce a pesto with a strong peppery flavour.

• Luxurious dip – For easy entertaining, mix with cream cheese and serve with your favourite crackers or chips.
• Potato Gnocchi – Mix through freshly cooked Potato Gnocchi.
• Marinade – Use as marinade on freshly BBQ fish or chicken.
• Salad dressing – Add olive oil and a squeeze of lemon juice and drizzle over your favourite salad or freshly steamed sweet potatoes.
• Stuffing – Ramp up the flavours of your poultry stuffing and add a couple of spoons to your stuffing mix and use in all your roast poultry dishes.
• Quiches – Mix Angelo’s Rocket & Almond Pesto to fresh ricotta cheese for an omelette or quiche filling.
